Psalms 127:3-5  3 Behold, children are a gift of the Lord, The fruit of the womb is a reward. 4 Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, So are the children of one’s youth. 5 How blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them; They will not be ashamed When they speak with their enemies in the gate.

Jeremiah 1:4-5   4 Now the word of the Lord came to me saying,  5 “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, And before you were born I consecrated you.

Pro 23:13-14    13 Do not hold back discipline from the child, although you strike him with the rod, he will not die. 14 You shall strike him with the rod and rescue his soul from Sheol.

Pro 22: 15   15 Foolishness is bound up in the heart of a child; the rod of discipline will remove it far from him.
