Ps. 30:4-5 4 Sing praise to the
Lord, you His godly ones, and
give thanks to His holy name. 5 For His anger is but for a moment, His favor
is for a lifetime; weeping may last for the night, But a shout of joy comes
in the morning.
Matt. 18:14 “So
it is not the will of your Father who is in heaven that one of these little
ones perish.
Jeremiah 29:11-14 11 ‘For I know the plans that I have for
you,’ declares the Lord,
‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.
12 ‘Then you will call upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will
listen to you. 13 ‘You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with
all your heart. 14 ‘I will be found by you,’ declares the
Lord’
Pro. 16:32-33 32 He who is slow to anger is better than the
mighty, and he who rules his spirit, than he who captures a city. 33 The lot
is cast into the lap, But its every decision is from the
Lord.
Is. 40:21-24
21 Do you not know? Have you not heard? Has it not been declared to you from
the beginning? Have you not understood from the foundations of the earth? 22
It is He who sits above the circle of the earth, and its inhabitants are
like grasshoppers, who stretches out the heavens like a curtain and spreads
them out like a tent to dwell in. 23 He it is who reduces rulers to
nothing, Who makes the judges of the earth meaningless. 24 Scarcely have
they been planted, scarcely have they been sown, scarcely has their stock
taken root in the earth, but He merely blows on them, and they wither, and
the storm carries them away like stubble.
Is. 40: 28-31 28
Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Everlasting God, the Lord, the
Creator of the ends of the earth Does not become weary or tired. His
understanding is inscrutable. 29 He gives strength to the weary, and to him
who lacks might He increases power. 30 Though youths grow weary and tired,
And vigorous young men stumble badly, 31 Yet those who wait for the Lord
Will gain new strength; They will mount up with wings like eagles, They will
run and not get tired, They will walk and not become weary.
Pro 20:24 Man’s
steps are ordained by the Lord,
how then can man understand his way?
Romans 9:20-22 20 On the contrary, who are you, O man, who
answers back to God? The thing molded will not say to the molder, “Why did
you make me like this,” will it? 21 Or does not the potter have a right
over the clay, to make from the same lump one vessel for honorable use and
another for common use? 22 What if God, although willing to demonstrate His
wrath and to make His power known, endured with much patience vessels of
wrath prepared for destruction.
Is. 4: 26 Lift
up your eyes on high and see who has created these stars, The One who leads
forth their host by number, He calls them all by name; Because of the
greatness of His might and the strength of His power, not one of them is
missing.
Matt 22:14 “For many are called, but few are chosen.”
Romans 14:11 For it is written, “As I live, says the Lord,
every knee shall bow to Me, and every tongue shall give praise to God.”
Col. 3:12-13 12 So, as those who have been chosen of God,
holy and beloved, put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility,
gentleness and patience; 13 bearing with one another, and forgiving each
other, whoever has a complaint against anyone; just as the Lord forgave you,
so also should you.
John 15:16 “You did not choose Me but I chose you, and
appointed you that you would go and bear fruit, and that your fruit would
remain, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name He may give to
you.
Matthew 5: 45 so that you may be sons of your Father who is in
heaven; for He causes His sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends
rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.
Jeremiah 1:4-5 4 Now the word of the
Lord came to me saying, 5
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, And before you were born I
consecrated you.
Rev. 1:8 “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God,
“who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”
Matthew 15: 13 But He answered and said, “Every plant which My
heavenly Father did not plant shall be uprooted.
Romans 8:26-31 26 In the same way the Spirit also helps our
weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit
Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words; 27 and He who
searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He
intercedes for the saints according to the will of God. 28 And we know that
God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to
those who are called according to His purpose. 29 For those whom He
foreknew, He also predestined to become conformed to the image of His Son,
so that He would be the firstborn among many brethren; 30 and these whom He
predestined, He also called; and these whom He called, He also justified;
and these whom He justified, He also glorified. 31 What then shall we say to
these things? If God is for us, who is against us?
I Thess. 5:16-19 16 Rejoice always; 17 pray without ceasing;
18 in everything give thanks; for this is God’s will for you in Christ
Jesus. 19 Do not quench the Spirit.
I Thess. 5:24
Faithful is He who calls you, and He also will bring it to pass.
