Great  leaders who can effectively  lead God’s people, are like eagles, they don’t flock together in bunches, they are not many of them, you will find them only one at a time.

Prayer/Praise/Our strength

Ps. 63:1-,4,6-8    1 O God, You are my God; I shall seek You earnestly; My soul thirsts for You, my flesh yearns for You, In a dry and weary land where there is no water.  2 Thus I have seen You in the sanctuary, to see Your power and Your glory. 3 Because Your lovingkindness is better than life, my lips will praise You. 4            So I will bless You as long as I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name.  6 When I remember You on my bed, I meditate on You in the night watches, 7 For You have been my help, And in the shadow of Your wings I sing for joy. 8 My soul clings to You; Your right hand upholds me.

Love/Security

Romans 8: 35;37-39  35 Who will separate us from the love of Christ? Will tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?  37 But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us. 38 For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, 39 nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Our strength/The enemy/Loss

Psalm 147: 6  The Lord supports the afflicted; He brings down the wicked to the ground. 11 The Lord favors those who fear Him, Those who wait for His lovingkindness.

Confidence/Loss/Praise

 Ps. 30:4-5 4 Sing praise to the Lord, you His godly ones, and give thanks to His holy name. 5 For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for a lifetime; weeping may last for the night, But a shout of joy comes in the morning.

Temptation/Encouragement

Hebrews 4:14-15  14 Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. 15 For we do not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but One who has been tempted in all things as we are, yet without sin

Col. 4:6  Let your speech always be with grace, as though seasoned with salt, so that you will know how you should respond to each person.
